My career began with hand-coding Germany's early websites in 1997, moved through multimedia, e-commerce, project management, and agency work, before arriving where I feel most purposeful: leading UX design on enterprise platforms where accessibility, clarity, and system thinking are non-negotiable.
Beyond the craft, I'm a natural team player — the kind of colleague who keeps morale steady when deadlines tighten and complexity spikes. Three decades in agencies, enterprise software companies, and global product teams have made me resilient; I've navigated re-orgs, pivots, impossible briefs, and every variety of stakeholder — and I still show up the next day ready to solve the problems in front of me.
